10 No-Fuss Quick Healthy Vegan Snack Ideas

10 No-Fuss Quick Healthy Vegan Snack Ideas

10 No-Fuss Quick Healthy Vegan Snack Ideas! Life can be very busy at times, but that doesn’t mean you should sacrifice eating healthy for the sake of being busy. Today I present you quick easy healthy snacks to make in under 5 minutes. Most of them require no recipes at all, some require a little more love, but they are oh, so worth it!Healthy snacking improves overall health, curbs cravings, regulates mood, boost brainpower, and gives you the energy you need to keep going all day. Also, remember snacking on pop-tarts for example won’t give you any benefits at all!

The Importance of snacking between meals is so that you keep your blood sugar levels in check, and you don’t end up overeating on your next meal.
So instead of having 3 large meals a day, try eating several small ones. In this way, you won’t feel bloated, or sleepy.

Also, be careful what sort of ‘snacks’ you consume, eating crappy processed snacks like Takis, chips, and other processed stuff, won’t satisfy you, in fact, they will just stimulate your appetite, so you will just end up eating more and more, and that’s how obesity comes to the table.

I live by these snacks, they are easy, healthy, and don’t require a lot of time to make. This ladies and gentlemen is healthy snacking made easy!
So here are my healthy vegan snack ideas for you:

Take 3-4 minutes tops.

So how do you make chocolate chickpeas?

Roast canned chickpeas, then cover them in chocolate. Spread them on a tray and chill. Break into chunks and eat up! It’s actually seriously good for you and delicious!

Toast isn’t just for breakfast. I like to make my own bread, gluten-free and full of seeds and nuts. I like to spread with almond butter or if you want to be a bit naughty, sure add some jam in there.
