Tahini is a healthy fat you want to include in your diet! Tahini is basically a sesame seed paste. We all know how good sesame seeds are for us!
They are a good source of fiber, a good source of B Vitamins, and they help you reduce inflammation!


Now, to make these delicious cookies, all you need to do is blend together all the ingredients, which should form a dough. Shape your cookies and bake for about 15 minutes and that’s it!
All that’s left now, is to boil the kettle and make yourself a cup of tea.

This recipe makes 6 cookies
Each cookie contains 150 calories

Ingredients:

¾ cup/75g of oats

¼ cup/70g of tahini

¾ cup/130g of pitted dates

1 tablespoon of cold water

Method:
Preheat oven to 190c.
1. Add all the ingredients in a food processor or a high-speed blender and process until it forms a thick dough.

2. Shape into 6 cookies and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for about 12-15 minutes and leave to cool before moving them.
