These 3-Ingredient Healthy Chewy Oat And Date Cookies are perfectly sweet with hints of caramel, thanks to the natural sweetness from the dates. Best of all you only need 3 ingredients to make them. Get yourself some oats, dates, and tahini and make these cookies asap!
Dates are the perfect guilt-free natural sweetener because along with the sweet, caramel flavor they add to recipes, they’re also full of fiber, antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals.
Now, yes, dates are very high in sugar so try to keep that love somewhat contained.
If you’re looking for a sweet treat though, you’re much better off reaching for a few dates over-processed candy or a traditional chocolate bar. Along with all that sugar, which makes dates a fantastic pre-workout or intra-workout snack, you’ll also be enjoying the many health benefits dates have to offer.
