They are incredibly easy and quick to make! All you need is 3 ingredients, and all you have to do is simply blend them together in a high-speed blender or a food processor to form a dough, then you shape bite-sized balls, roll them in sesame seeds and you are done!

There is a lot of room to play with this recipe, you can add nuts if you like, you can add different dried fruit. You can easily adjust this recipe to your own taste and preference!

3-Ingredient Sesame Seed Energy Bites
- 1 cup/140g of sesame seeds
- 1 cup/150g of raisins
- 1/2 level cup/50g of cocoa powder
- If the raisins are too dry (not soft and juicy) soak them in hot water for 5 minutes, then drain them.
- Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blitz them. It should form a soft dough-like mixture.
- Shape bite-sized balls from the dough and roll them in sesame seeds.
