This 5-Ingredient Healthy Vegan Chocolate Ice-Cream is (V+GF): an easy, 5 ingredient recipe for velvety smooth, rich chocolate ice cream made of bananas, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract.

The weather has been really warm lately, so I decided to bring the big guns – ICECREAM.
I mean is there anyone out there who doesn’t like ice-cream? If there are – sorry but you are not welcomed to ice-cream heaven here…This place here is sacred only for ice-cream lovers!

5-Ingredient Healthy Vegan Chocolate Ice-Cream

Now, who knew making ice cream would be so easy….no machine needed, and all you need is a blender/food processor a couple of ingredients….and a freezer of course!
Just blend all the ingredients together, and eat it straight away as a nice cream, or freeze for a proper ice-cream texture.

The great thing about this vegan chocolate ice-cream recipe, is that it’s actually healthy, and yet it tastes so amazing. Now, you can have ice-cream without any guilt!

Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 frozen peeled bananas
  • 1/3 cup/35g of cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter or peanut butter powder
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon of plant-based milk or water to help blend

Instructions
 

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Eat as it is as a nice cream, or freeze for a couple of hours to make ice cream texture

You can add all sorts of flavors in this ice cream. You can add berries, mint, fold in chocolate chips...wherever your imagination takes you!
