This 5-Ingredient Healthy Vegan Chocolate Ice-Cream is (V+GF): an easy, 5 ingredient recipe for velvety smooth, rich chocolate ice cream made of bananas, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract.
The weather has been really warm lately, so I decided to bring the big guns – ICECREAM.
I mean is there anyone out there who doesn’t like ice-cream? If there are – sorry but you are not welcomed to ice-cream heaven here…This place here is sacred only for ice-cream lovers!
Now, who knew making ice cream would be so easy….no machine needed, and all you need is a blender/food processor a couple of ingredients….and a freezer of course!
Just blend all the ingredients together, and eat it straight away as a nice cream, or freeze for a proper ice-cream texture.
The great thing about this vegan chocolate ice-cream recipe, is that it’s actually healthy, and yet it tastes so amazing. Now, you can have ice-cream without any guilt!

5-Ingredient Healthy Vegan Chocolate Ice-Cream
- 3-4 frozen peeled bananas
- 1/3 cup/35g of cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons of peanut butter or peanut butter powder
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoon of plant-based milk or water to help blend
- Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Eat as it is as a nice cream, or freeze for a couple of hours to make ice cream texture
