The weather has been really warm lately, so I decided to bring the big guns – ICECREAM.
I mean is there anyone out there who doesn’t like icecream? If there are – sorry but you are not welcomed to icecream heaven here…This place here is sacred only for icecream lovers!
Now, who knew making ice cream would be so easy….no machine needed, and all you need is a blender/food processor a couple of ingredients….and a freezer of course!
Just blend all the ingredients together, and eat it straight away as a nice cream, or freeze for a proper ice-cream texture.
Et voila! Simply chocolatey, simply pleasurable… yep, that pretty much covers my chocolate ice cream recipe. That’s vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free. Score!! Scoop one, scoop two, or heck scoop til your arm tires… Just go ahead and scoop all of this Official Chocolate Lover goodness into cones, cups, or directly into your mouth. And enjoy!

5-Ingredient Healthy Vegan Chocolate Ice-Cream
- 3-4 frozen peeled bananas
- 1/3 cup/35g of cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons of peanut butter or peanut butter powder
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoon of plant-based milk or water to help blend
- Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Eat as it is as a nice cream, or freeze for a couple of hours to make ice cream texture
