This 5-Minute Avocado Bean Wrap is the easiest and the quickest lunch you will ever have. It’s healthy, packed with all the right stuff your body needs, and super it’s delicious!
Takes minutes to wrap up (literally) and it’s super nutritious and healthy.
I wouldn’t recommend prepping it the day before, because it can get quite soggy if not consumed quickly due to the tomatoes and beans.

5-Minute Avocado Bean Wrap
Ingredients
- 1 medium-sized avocado mashed
- 1 large wrap
- 1 to mato - sliced
- 2-3 lettuce leaves
- 3 tbsp of baked beans
- 1/2 tsp of cajun seasoning or any seasoning of choice
Instructions
- Spread the mashed avocado onto the wrap, then add the remaining ingredients and wrap the whole thing and cut it in half and enjoy! 🙂
