Easy 3-Ingredient Vegan Chocolate Oat Cookies

These Easy 3-Ingredient Vegan Chocolate Oat Cookies are filling, easy to make, and are perfect to-go snack or breakfast! They are quick to whip up and are a healthier alternative for the shop-bought cookies.
They are crispy and soft in the middle with delicious melted chocolate!

These cookies are most certainly not the best looking cookies but give these poor ugly cookies a go, they taste better than they look for sure!

All you need is:

1. Oats

2. Banana

3. Chocolate chips

Now, there is a lot of room to play with this recipe, you can add dried fruit instead of chocolate, add cinnamon, nuts, you name it! Let your imagination go wild and make the best cookie that would suit your taste!

Makes 5-6 medium-sized cookies

Ingredients:

1 cup of rolled oats/ 90g

1 large banana

1/4 cup/60g of vegan dark chocolate chips, or sweeter chocolate if you prefer

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 350F/ 180C.

2. Mix together all the ingredients until nicely mashed and combined.

3. Spoon and shape the cookies on a lined baking tray with parchment paper and bake for about 12-15 until golden on top.

4. Leave yo cool for a bit before moving them, they might seem soft once baked but they will harden once cooled.

Store these Easy 3-Ingredient Vegan Chocolate Oat Cookies in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to a week!
