Easy Healthy Guacamole

This Easy Healthy Guacamole can be made within few minutes! You can add it to whatever you want! From topping your burger bun, snacking on it with some flatbreads, to just spreading it on a toast if you like! I personally love to dip them with our healthy 5-seed easy crackers!

This guacamole is packed full of goodness. The healthy omega 3 fats from the avocado, the tomatoes are the major dietary source of the antioxidant lycopene, which has been linked to many health benefits, including reduced risk of heart disease and cancer. They are also a great source of vitamin C, potassium, folate, and vitamin K. Then you have got some onions in there, that boost the immune system. I mean, it’s the ultimate healthy dip if you ask me!

I simply love, love to put some guacamole in my burgers! It replaces the unhealthy mayonnaise perfectly, and it just makes the burger so much more delicious! We tried it on our Healthy Chickpea burgers, and it was divine!

Okay enough chit-chatting, let’s get down to business and do this guacamole!

Easy Healthy Guacamole

Serves 2-3


2 medium-sized ripe avocados peeled and deseeded

Half a tomato deseeded and diced into cubes

1/4 of a red onion diced

1/4 bunch of coriander chopped

Juice from one lime

Salt to taste


1. Mash the avocados with the onion.

2. Add the remaining ingredients and gently stir to combine.

This Easy Healthy Guacamole won’t keep for very long, so make sure you eat it on the same day or you can cling film it and refrigerate for up to one day max.
