Easy Vegan Brunch: Sriracha Baked Beans On Toast

Easy Vegan Brunch: Sriracha Baked Beans On Toast

Easy Vegan Brunch: Sriracha Baked Beans On Toast – simple, comforting and so delicious. Easy vegan brunch idea done in 5 minutes. It’s filling nutritious, warming and so easy to make.
Today I am sharing one of my easy go-to comfort food meals I tend to go for when I am in a need of something quick and delicious.

Baked beans on toast is a very common meal in the UK, not so much in the USA, but if you think it’s gross, you should really give it a go! it’s so delicious and so comforting, especially if you add extra toppings on top.

I kept it simple today, warmed the beans, toasted the bread, popped the beans on top of the bread, drizzled some sriracha sauce, sprinkled some herbs, and topped with nutritional yeast flakes.
However, if you are feeling fancy, you can add some vegan cheese shreds on top, and melt the whole thing in the oven.

Baked Beans On Toast Recipe:

To be honest, you really don’t need a recipe to make baked beans on toast, it’s so easy and simple. However, if you have never eaten/tried making baked beans on toast, then maybe you can benefit from a quick recipe!

I always tend to use canned baked beans, simply because, when I try to make homemade baked beans, they just don’t taste as comforting as I remember eating them as a child. It’s gotta be from a can.
The beans are warmed on the hob, in the meantime, slice a thick slice of sourdough bread, and pop it in the toaster.
Once it’s nice and toasty, pop the toast onto a plate, then pour the hot beans on top of the bread. Drizzle the sriracha sauce, sprinkle the dried herbs and finally sprinkle some nutritional yeast.
Boom, you are totally gonna love this!
