40g of hemp seeds
35g of nutritional yeast
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon fine sea salt, to taste
1. Simply put all the ingredients together in a blender, and whizz for a few seconds, or until the hemp seeds are broken down. Taste, and add more salt for more intense flavor (I usually add another pinch or so). You’re done!
2. Store this Easy Vegan Parmesan Cheese in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 months.
Tip: If you are struggling to find Hemp Seeds or Nutritional Yeast, simply look in the health shops. Also, a lot of the big stores have them in stock, simply ask a member of staff!
