These chocolate bites are so so good, and the best bit about them is that they are HEALTHY!! These bites are your perfect solution – they are Vegan, easy and super healthy!
Now, when you look at the ingredients you will be like “what? Avocado in my chocolate truffles? – Gross!” But, but before you give up doing these, hear me out! – The Avocado is the healthy and the Vegan replacement for the traditional dairy butter. Also, also, you won’t taste the avocado in these, trust me… it’s all chocolate.

Makes about 7-9 bites
175g of dark dairy-free chocolate chips, melted
1 medium avocado, mashed
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
25g of cocoa powder plus a bit extra for rolling the bites
1. In a medium bowl, combine the melted chocolate with the avocado, vanilla, and the 25g of cocoa powder. Stir together until smooth and fully combined.
2.Place in the refrigerator to firm up slightly, 15 to 20 minutes. When the chocolate mixture has stiffened, use a small cookie scoop or small spoon to scoop approximately 1 tablespoon of the chocolate mixture. Roll the bites in the palm of your hand until the round, then roll in cocoa powder.
Storage: Store these Healthy 4-Ingredient Vegan Chocolate Truffles in the fridge for about 3-5 days.
