This Healthy Sweet Potato Brownie is so yummy and guilt-free!

There are enormous health benefits of eating sweet potatoes. It’s naturally sweet, which makes it the perfect healthy sweet food to help you with your cravings for sugar!

Makes about 15 brownies cut into squares
Ingredients:
900g of sweet potatoes
155g of almond flour
130g of oats
20 tablespoons of cocoa powder |
4 tablespoons of maple syrup
2 tablespoons of golden syrup
A handful of (vegan) Chocolate chips or diced up chocolate squares
Method:
Preheat oven to 180c.
1. Peel the sweet potatoes, dice them roughly and steam or boil them until soft (about 25 minutes).
3. When the sweet potato is cold, In a food processor, add all the ingredients without the chocolate chips and blend. It should form a thick batter.
Then add the chocolate chips, mix with a spatula and pour onto a lined 23 x 15 x 5 cm baking dish with parchment paper. Cook in the oven for about 40 min.
Leave to cool in the tin, then cut.
