A Quick Harissa Tahini Dressing you can whip up in minutes can be used as a dressing to potatoes, tofu, or simply as a spread on a toast.
I love love this spicy tahini dressing. I don’t just use it as a dressing, I spread it on a toast, coat steamed/roasted veggies with it – you name it.

 

Mediterranean tahini dressing is done in under 5 minutes and it can last in the fridge for up to a week!
I like to whisk the ingredients, but to make things easier, you can blend them!This Easy Tahini Dressing has become quite the staple for me over the past year. I make it at least once a week, so thought it was only right that I put it on the blog. Plus, it’s so simple to make, and you only need 3 healthy ingredients to make it. I love harissa, and I love tahini – so I thought to combine them and – this happened!

I used to dislike tahini, hated its bitterness…but now – I can’t live without it! I use it in hummus, brownies, dressings…the list goes on!

Ingredients
  

  • 2/3 cup /160g of tahini
  • 2 tbsp of harissa I used my homemade one
  • 4 tbsp of water
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Whisk all the ingredients in a bowl. It’s okay if it splits, just keep whisking.
  • Enjoy drizzled on your favourite dishes or as a spread on a slice of bread.

Notes

The dressing will keep well in a fridge for up to a week.
