These Super Healthy 4-Ingredient Raw Vegan Brownies are really really packed full of goodness. There is no cooking involved, they are suitable for vegans who are following a raw diet!
You can easily have these brownies for breakfast if you are in a rush, for a healthy afternoon snack, or for your pre-workout snack!
Making Healthy 4-Ingredient Raw Vegan Brownies:

Now you are probably thinking – “Hemp seeds, what’s that? and why is it in my brownie” But trust me, hemp seeds are so, so healthy and nutritious!
Hemp seeds are rich in healthy fats and essential fatty acids. They are also a great protein source (31g per 100g of hemp seeds to be exact) and contain high amounts of vitamins.
These amazing raw vegan brownies are sweetened with dried fruit, personally, this brownie recipe is the healthiest you will ever eat.
The method is super simple; the ingredients are added to a blender and blitzed until a sticky dough forms. Then pressed onto a pan, chilled, cut and enjoyed!

Cuts into 12 small bars
2 cups/350g soft pitted dates
1 cup/140g hemp seeds
1 cup/110g raw walnuts
1/3 cup/35g raw cacao powder (can substitute regular cocoa powder)
1.Add all the ingredients to a food processor or a high-speed blender and whizz until it forms a dough, about 20 seconds.
2. Press the dough into a square baking pan lined with parchment paper. Place in the freezer for an hour to firm. Lift out of the pan and cut into 12 squares.
Store these Super Healthy 4-Ingredient Raw Vegan Brownies in the fridge for up to 5 days!
