Eat some food! Seriously, just eat more food. But before you do that, you will need to rule out any potential medical causes that are preventing you from gaining weight. Once you have ruled that out, go out and enjoy that food.
Eat that burger, eat that ice cream. Don’t go relying on pills. Ideally, eat as healthily as possible for a better healthier weight gain, but don’t be shy to eat some junk food as well. Junk food is easier to eat and more enjoyable. This can be a good strategy if you need to up your calorie intake.
