Ingredients
  

  • 8 Falafel Balls or use my homemade falafel recipe
  • 2 flatbreads or tortillas
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1/3 english cucumber sliced
  • 2 tbsp hummus shop bought or homemade
  • 2 tbsp of sauces of choice I used tahini and sriracha
  • Fresh herbs of choice optional

Instructions
 

  • Whether you are making your falafels from scratch or buying them ready-made, you will need to assemble your wraps.
  • You can be as creative as you like, there is no hard rule here. The way I like to do it is by spreading hummus first, then follow by the falafels, crunchy veg, and finally the sauces.
  • Wrap them tiddly, and enjoy!
