cups/240g all-purpose flour

cup60g light brown sugar
or coconut sugar

teaspoons
baking powder

teaspoon
salt

cups/314ml of plant-based milk
I used oat

cup/180g peanut butter I used smooth but I think chunky would be better)
Optionally you can add vegan chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 F / 160 C and grease a loaf tin.
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Pour batter the into a loaf tin and bake for 1 hour.
Let it cool for 10 minutes before removing from the bread from the tin onto a cooling rack to cool completely.

You can add all sorts of stuff you like in the dough; chocolate chips, nuts, dried fruit - anything you like!
