Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp of cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp of oats
  • 1 tbsp of sweetener like date paste, or maple syrup
  • 1 cup/200ml of dairy-free milk
  • 2 dates - or other dried fruit of choice
  • half a banana
  • half an avocado

Instructions
 

  • Peel the banana. Scoop the flesh out of the avocado and add all the ingredients to a blender. Blitz for 2-3 minutes.
  • To make the smoothie less thick, just add more dairy-free milk or water.
