A 15-minute Caramelised Apple Sauce that is super tasty, and can be used in many ways!In cakes, as a side dish, you name it. It's a healthy replacement for sugar in sweets, especially if you are trying to make them healthier!

of coconut sugar/brown sugar

tbsp
of water
Instructions
Grate the apples ( no need to peel them ) add them to a saucepan with the sugar and water and put the pan on the hob on medium heat.
Cook the apples stirring frequently for about 10 minutes, or until they start to ‘catch on the bottom of the pan and the water is evaporated.
Transfer the apples onto a blender and add 2-3 tbsp of water. Blend for a few minutes, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides.
Add the apple sauce to a jar or container, and let it cool before using it in recipes.

Store the cooled apple sauce in the fridge and consume within 3-4 days.
