Easy, creamy vegan whipped cream recipe that will surely fulfuill all your requirtmens for whipped cream!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans of full-fat coconut milk 14-ounce cans
  • 1/3 cup/70g of white sugar

Instructions
 

  • It's important that the cream of the coconut is set, so place the cans of coconut milk in the fridge for about 8 hours, ideally overnight.
  • Using a stand mixer, add ONLY the cream of the coconut milk cans, this will typically be right at the top once you open the cans.
  • Discard/keep the liquid for other recipes. Whip the coconut cream for about 1 minute.
  • Slowly dd the sugar to the stand mixer as well while it's going. Mix for about another minute, until it's nicely incorporated.
  • And that's all done!
