5-Minute Rosecoco Bean Hummus. It’s quick and easy to make. It’s vegan and oil-free with just a handful of plant-based ingredients.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can/tin 15 oz/400g Rosecoco beans drained & rinsed
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 clove garlic peeled
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 salt
  • 1 tbsp water if needed only, to help blending

Instructions
 

  • Drain and rinse the beans.
  • Add all ingredients to a food processor or high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Should take about 5 minutes. You may need to add a touch of water to help blending.
