Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium-sized avocado mashed
  • 1 large wrap
  • 1 to mato - sliced
  • 2-3 lettuce leaves
  • 3 tbsp of baked beans
  • 1/2 tsp of cajun seasoning or any seasoning of choice

Instructions
 

  • Spread the mashed avocado onto the wrap, then add the remaining ingredients and wrap the whole thing and cut it in half and enjoy! :)

Notes

I wouldn't recommend prepping it the day before, because it can get quite soggy if not consumed quickly due to the tomatoes and beans.
