Wet Ingredients:

tablespoons
of water

tablespoons
of maple syrup or date paste

of vanilla

tbsp
of chocolate chips plus extra to sprinkle on top
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F/180C.
Mix together all the dry ingredients then add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Dollop the mixture onto a small oven-proof dish & bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
Notes
Enjoy hot out of the oven with a scoop of dairy-free vanilla ice-cream if you like.
