An insanely delicious no-cook Vegan Edible Double Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. Who could resist a spoonful of this (or all of it)? It’s just sweet, nostalgic comfort food and perfect in every way. And no risk of food poisoning.

Ingredients
  

  • cup/76g vegan butter melted
  • ½ cup/100g light brown sugar or coconut sugar
  • 1 cup/100g of oat flour*
  • ½ cup/50g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 3-6 tbsp dairy free milk
  • ¼-⅓ cup/40g chopped chocolate or chocolate chips vegan

Instructions
 

  • Add all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix. Slowly start adding the dairy-free milk until you reach a wet-ish dough consistency. Serve and enjoy sprinkled with extra chocolate chips if you like.

Notes

To make oat flour - put any oats in a blender, blitz for 2-3 minutes, and there you have it! 
Leftovers will keep well in the fridge for up to 2 days.
