cups/300g of watermelon

small gherkin

tsp
of capers
1/4
Shallot
1/4
tsp
of mustard
1/4
tsp
of worcestershire sauce
2-3
drops of tobasco sauce
touch of salt and pepper
To serve:
Toasted Bread
Or Crackers
Instructions
Dice the watermelon into tiny cubes.
Same for the gherkin and shallot.
Chop the capers.
Gently mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl. Using a
round cookie cutter
, place in a middle of a plate. Fill it almost to the top, then gently take off the round cutter, this will give you a uniform round shape.
Serve and enjoy!
