Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups/300g of watermelon
  • 1 small gherkin
  • 1 tsp of capers
  • 1/4 Shallot
  • 1/4 tsp of mustard
  • 1/4 tsp of worcestershire sauce
  • 2-3 drops of tobasco sauce
  • touch of salt and pepper
  • To serve:
  • Toasted Bread
  • Or Crackers

Instructions
 

  • Dice the watermelon into tiny cubes.
  • Same for the gherkin and shallot.
  • Chop the capers.
  • Gently mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl. Using a round cookie cutter, place in a middle of a plate. Fill it almost to the top, then gently take off the round cutter, this will give you a uniform round shape.
  • Serve and enjoy!
