Ingredients
  

  • 3 cup/400g of shelled hemp seed hearts

Instructions
 

  • The hemp seeds are added to a food processor or a blender, but the blender has to be of good quality, like Vitamix.
  • Then they are blitzed for about 5-10 minutes, scraping off the sides every so often.
  • The seeds should turn creamy and spreadable.
  • Pour the mix into a jar.

Notes

Store the hemp butter nicely sealed in the fridge and consume it within a couple of weeks.
1 serving = 1 tbsp.
