of shelled hemp seed hearts
Instructions
The hemp seeds are added to a
food processor
or a blender, but the blender has to be of good quality, like
Vitamix
.
Then they are blitzed for about 5-10 minutes, scraping off the sides every so often.
The seeds should turn creamy and spreadable.
Pour the mix into a jar.
Notes
Store the hemp butter nicely sealed in the fridge and consume it within a couple of weeks.
