A 10-Minute Spicy Oil-Free White Bean Hummus made with creamy cannellini white beans perfect with veggies or on a wrap. It has got a smokey peppery flavor, a bit of spice and creaminess!

  • 1 can/tin cannellini beans 15 oz/400g
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp of Red Hot sauce or sriracha sauce
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 a Roasted Red Pepper peeled and diced (if not using from a jar)
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp of smoked paprika
  • 1/4 salt
  • optional toppings:
  • pinch of smoked paprika
  • Za'Tar mixed spice blend 


  • Drain and rinse the beans.
  • Add all ingredients to a food processor or high-speed blender and mix until smooth.


Store the leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
