10-Minute Spicy Oil-Free White Bean Hummus

A 10-Minute Spicy Oil-Free White Bean Hummus made with creamy white beans is perfect with veggies or on a wrap. If you like a bit of spice, you will certainly love this spicy hummus.

What’s really cool about this hummus, is that it’s made without chickpeas. I know some people cannot tolerate chickpeas and struggle to digest them, so this is a perfect hummus recipe for those peeps.

10-Minute Spicy Oil-Free White Bean Hummus

Let’s talk about this 10-Minute Spicy Oil-Free White Bean Hummus. It’s quick and easy to make. It’s vegan and oil-free with just a handful of plant-based ingredients. It makes a great snack with some veggies or crackers. Use it as a spread on wraps or sandwiches. You could even use this hummus as a base to make a quick salad dressing. Honestly, what is not to love.

You can use a food processor or a high-speed blender to make this recipe. I tried it in both of mine and it came out creamy and delicious. For the roasted red peppers in the recipe, I personally roasted the pepper myself. But it doesn’t really matter whether it’s from a jar or not! 🙂

You can adjust the spiciness to suit your preferences. I made mine quite subtle, nothing too spicy or too boring. You could just feel the heat at the back of your throat.
