- 3 frozen bananas peeled
- 1/4 cup/65g of peanut butter or any nut butter of choice
- 8 tablespoons cashew / non-dairy milk or more as needed
- Dash of cinnamon
Add bananas to a food processor and process until broken up into little pieces. Add peanut butter and process again. As the mixture starts to come together, add milk 1 tablespoon at a time, allowing the mixture to get more smooth between each addition. If the mixture is too thick for your taste, add more dairy-free milk.
Transfer milkshakes into two-three jars. Top with peanut butter and a dash of cinnamon or a sprinkle of chocolate. Stir gently with a knife so you get that swirling effect. Enjoy immediately!
