Vegans don’t have to miss out on Summer drinks like this 4-Ingredient Healthy Creamy Nutty Vegan Milkshake.
Doesn’t it just suck when you are out and about with your friends, and it’s a hot sunny day, and everyone is in a mood for a milkshake but you can’t get any, as it’s all dairy-based?
No worries – this beauty comes to the rescue. It comes out in 5 minutes, as long as you got some frozen bananas chilling in the freezer.
I used to have a sweet tooth. Cutting out refined sugar wasn’t easy, but definitely one of the best things I did. I mean, I still eat refined sugar every so often, but it’s definitely not an everyday thing as it used to be!
I have to say, cutting down on refined sugar, really impacted my health in a very positive way.
After the craving was out of my system, and believe it or not it worked, I found healthier ways to satisfy my sweet tooth.
Just because you’ve cut out refined sugar, doesn’t mean you can’t eat sweet stuff, or treats. It just means you can make them using healthier alternatives.

4-Ingredient Healthy Creamy Nutty Vegan Milkshake
Ingredients
- 3 frozen bananas peeled
- 1/4 cup/65g of peanut butter or any nut butter of choice
- 8 tablespoons cashew / non-dairy milk or more as needed
- Dash of cinnamon
Instructions
- Add bananas to a food processor and process until broken up into little pieces. Add peanut butter and process again. As the mixture starts to come together, add milk 1 tablespoon at a time, allowing the mixture to get more smooth between each addition. If the mixture is too thick for your taste, add more dairy-free milk.
- Transfer milkshakes into two-three jars. Top with peanut butter and a dash of cinnamon or a sprinkle of chocolate. Stir gently with a knife so you get that swirling effect. Enjoy immediately!
