Ingredients

of tahini

gloves of garlic minced

juice of lemon
1 cup/100g
of dried pasta of choice

handfusl of Spinach
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook the pasta as per the package instructions.
In a bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients.
Add 1 tbsp of the pasta cooking water to the dressing.
Wilt the spinach - then add the strained pasta with spinach to the tahini dressing and mix.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Store the cooled leftovers in the fridge and consume within 3 days.
