Easy Creamy Lemon And Tahini Pasta that’s vegan, of course, is healthy and tastes amazing! It can be made gluten-free easily and will surely satisfy you!
Tahini pasta sauce vegan is a lot easier to make than you might think! All you need is a bowl, tahini, garlic, salt, lemon. That’s it really.

I like to use chickpea pasta, that’s high on protein and gluten-free too, but you can use any pasta type you fancy.

You can make spicy tahini pasta sauce, by adding some heat, but I kept things simple – and didn’t include any heat, but I can see that it may ‘spice’ things up if you add some chilies 😉

How To Make Vegan Creamy Lemon And Tahini Pasta:

You will need the following ingredients:

1. Runny Tahini (I used homemade, but you can use shop-bought)
2. Garlic
3. Lemon
4. Pasta
5. Spinach

5-ingredients is all you need to make a delicious quick creamy pasta. A thick sauce is made, by mincing the garlic, then mixing in the lemon juice, tahini, and a touch of pasta water.
Once the pasta is cooked, it’s mixed with the tahini sauce, and the spinach is folded in. Serve and enjoyyyy!

You can make kale tahini pasta, by subbing the spinach for kale and using the same tahini sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup/80g of tahini
  • 4 gloves of garlic minced
  • 1 juice of lemon
  • 1 cup/100g of dried pasta of choice
  • 2 handfusl of Spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta as per the package instructions.
  • In a bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients.
  • Add 1 tbsp of the pasta cooking water to the dressing.
  • Wilt the spinach - then add the strained pasta with spinach to the tahini dressing and mix.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Store the cooled leftovers in the fridge and consume within 3 days.
