This 1-Ingredient Almond Butter will save you tons of money of having to buy it, and it will be 100 times healthier since it's 100% almonds in this recipe!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups/560g of Raw Almonds
  • Optional:
  • Two pinches of sea salt flakes

Instructions
 

  • If roasting your almonds, preheat the oven to 350F/180C. Alternatively, toast the almonds on a hot dry pan.
  • Place the almonds on a parchment-lined baking tray and roast for 10-13 minutes. Let the almonds cool completely, to room temperature. Then transfer the almonds to your food processor/blender.
  • Start blending, stopping every 30 seconds to scrape off the sides. This process may take a several minutes...You will notice how it will start to become like flour, then slightly lumpy and finally pureed.
  • Transfer the almond butter to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
