Ingredients

cup/85 of diced mango
1/3

of cinnamon

of chia seeds
Instructions
Add the coconut milk, mango, and cinnamon to a blender and blitz for a minute.
Mix the chia seeds with the mango liquid in a bowl.
Pour the chia pudding onto your desired serving dish, and put it in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours for the pudding to set.
Add your desired toppings and enjoy!
Notes
Consume the chia pudding within 2 days.
