The orange is zested and juiced, the avocado is pitted and peeled. Once that's done, all the ingredients are added to a food processor and blitzed until smooth and creamy.
Spoon the creamy goodness onto small servings dishes, sprinkle some cacao nibs if you like and place in the fridge for about an hour.
