- 6 Tbsps oat flour
- 6 Tbsps cocoa powder
- 3 Tbsps maple syrup
- 1 cup/140 ml soya milk or any plant milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- 4 tbsp of chocolate optional
Preheat the oven to 200c/375F.
Mix all the ingredients together except the chocolate chips. Place 1 tbsp each of chocolate chips on the bottom of 2 small baking dishes. Pour the mixture onto the 2 baking dishes. Sprinkle extra chocolate on top if you like and bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
