A quick dressing you can whip up in minutes, can be used as a dressing to potatoes, tofu, or simpl as a spread on a toast.

Ingredients
  

  • 2/3 cup /160g of tahini
  • 2 tbsp of harissa I used my homemade one
  • 4 tbsp of water
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Whisk all the ingredients in a bowl. It’s okay if it splits, just keep whisking.
  • Enjoy drizzled on your favourite dishes or as a spread on a slice of bread.

Notes

The dressing will keep well in a fridge for up to a week.
