Dalgona coffee—it started as a Tik Tok trend and has now exploded all over the internet as the It-Drink of the moment. I gotta say – I am glad this new Dalgona thing came along, because man, I LOVE IT!
If you’ve got instant coffee, sugar, and water on hand, you can make this easy dalgona coffee.
I highly recommend that you get yourself an electric whisk, so that you don’t end up having to whisk manually like crazy to achieve this fluff and creaminess.

1 tablespoon of coconut sugar ( or light brown sugar )
2 tablespoons of instant coffee
2 tablespoons of cold water
Ice, for serving
A glass of Dairy-Free Milk, for serving
1. In a medium bowl, combine sugar, coffee, and water. Vigorously whisk until mixture turns silky smooth and shiny, then continue whisking until it thickens and holds its lofty, foamy shape. ( the super-fast way to make this, is by using an electric whist )
2. Fill a glass most of the way full with ice and milk, then dollop and swirl the whipped coffee mixture on top, mixing before drinking, if desired.
